bookmarktoolbar, bookmarks in generall and history doesn't work

Bug description:
I see no bookmarks on the toolbar. Also the bookmarkmanager is empty.
And I can't use a backup of the bookmarks. A reinstallation doesn't
fix the bug. After a few minutes the menu bar also doesn't work.
