firefox tooltip sometimes too big

Bug description:
All the time firefox tooltips look like this one

However sometimes all tooltips become big. (screenshot attached).
Firefox restart fixes this.
Not sure how to reproduce. Happened several times. Maybe once 1-2
weeks.
