Hebrew layout in Onboard Keyboard lacks some letters
Status in onboard package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
The Hebrew keyboard layout is missing several letters when used on systems
with low resolutions.
In my case the system is an HTPC connected to an HD TV at 1360 by 768
resolution.
On higher resolutions (checked with a 22" Samsung monitor running at 1920 by
1200) this problem does not manifest itself.
Both systems running Ubuntu Mate 18.04.
Attached screenshots illustrate the problem.
