LibreOffice Writer still does not print two-sided to HP printer

Bug description:
I have seen entries on Ask Ubuntu about this issue. I have previously
reported the problem 6 months ago. LibreOffice still prints only
single-sided despite the duplex-printing being set.
It is not the HP OfficeJet 7740 printer. Is not the HP Linux driver.
It is Writer.
As a work around, I am saving the document as a pdf file, opening it
in my browser (Chrome) and printing it 2-sided. Works perfectly.
This is a long term bug in LibroOffice Writer. It affects everyone who
has an HP printer. It needs to be fixed - (it can be fixed since
Chromium and Chrome can do it).
