Skype is a classic snap, so it doesn't use the desktop helpers, which
enable ibus support.

Rocket.Chat+ is an electron app, not sure whether that's relevant. It
could be that it hasn't been ebuilt in a long time, and thus doesn't
have the latest desktop helpers improvements that enable ibus support.

Bug description:
  I can't type Vietnamese in some Snap Apps like Skype, Rocket.Chat+.
  But for apps were installed by deb packet, it's ok (I can type
  Vietnamese).
