Bug description:
when switching to an hebrew keyboard when focused on an input element in
chromium ,
chromium goes into a state of ignoring all keyboard input on all inputs
inside all tabs including the location bar
this bug is also reproduced in chrome distro from google
1. go to
http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_textarea
2. focus on the textarea input
3. switch from english to hebrew keyboard
4. no keyboard input
