There's no differens using GTK_IM_MODULE= firefox
Unfortunatley sunrise.ch changed the login PopUp-window and separated the password entry field to a separate step. On the attached screenshot you can see like it should be, after you entered a valid phone number. You can use following phone nr. (is not mine) just one that works: 076 447 12 12. You are not able to reach the password field. If you are fast enough you can click to "My Sunrise" and if the dialog appears for some milliseconds you can try to fill in the password character by character... I suggest to install the Firefox AddOn "windscribe" (no need for an account).
