automatic return receipt
Status in thunderbird package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
I had set on my account to ALWAYS SEND return receipt (in all 3
cases).
But It has no effect - I'm always ASKED to send or not the receipt.
Notes:
- restart of FF don$t help
- I have three accounts in FF, global setting of receipts is set to ASK for
all 3 cases
- on one (target) account I have set the receipt different - all 3 cases =
always send
- from another account in FF I send test message to that one with asking for
receipt
- the target account after POP asks me to send receipt - manually.
Automatically is the receipt not send.
