the subtitle is an hint that turning wifi off save power. The wording is

Bug description:
The 'Turn off Wi-Fi to save power' setting defaults to ON.
Toggling 'Turn off Wi-Fi to save power' to OFF causes the wifi device
to be soft blocked.
