Thank you for your bug report. The system monitor is showing CPU usage
and not GPU one. Could you add a screenshot of the issue to make sure we
are talking about the same thing?

Title:
Nvidia GPU shows zero usage all the time
Status in gnome-system-monitor package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
I have the nvidia-smi package installed and it shows GPU info correctly.
The monitor though shows zero usage in the graph.
For a short while I was able to get it showing GPU usage, by setting lower
refresh rate, but then it stopped working again and now I can't get it working.
