Link to Fluendo site in "Why won't DVDs play" page of Ubuntu Desktop

Bug description:
1) Description: Ubuntu 18.10
2) Yelp version: Installed: 3.30.0-1build1
3) Expected Behaviour:
Click on help icon in launcher. Navigate to "Why won't DVDs play" of the
Videos section of Sound, video and pictures part of the Ubuntu Desktop Guide,
find link for Fluendo in "Installing the right codecs for DVD playback", click
on link so as to go to Fluendo site and get more information / purchase codecs
for DVD playback
4) Actual Behaviour:
A "Page not Found" error message is displayed on the Fluendo website when the
aforementioned link is clicked.
Reason: url given in link to Fluendo is incorrect. It is currently
http://fluendo.com/shop/product/oneplay-dvd-player/
Solution: change url in link to
https://fluendo.com/en/products/multimedia/oneplay-dvd-player/
