Bug description:
Occasionally, upon launching Ubuntu Software (GNOME Software), a small
error popup appears noting that it is unable to download updates from
extensions.gnome.org. The full message is as follows:
# Unable to download updates from "extensions.gnome.org":[*/*/*/source
/shell-extensions/*] failed to download
https://extensions.gnome.org//static/extensions.json: Connection
terminated unexpectedly
This doesn't cause a crash of any sort, and doesn't seem to hamper any
of the normal abilities of Ubuntu Software on the surface, but may
have some other effects I am unaware of.
