Bug description:
  The program ps2epsi was working before the automatic update on 02
  December, 2016. Now it is not.

  What I expected to happen: the command ps2epsi drawing.ps should
  complete without error and produce the file drawing.epsi.

  What happened instead: the command ps2epsi drawing.ps threw the error above.
The file drawing.epsi was produced. However, the file throws an error when
opened by epstopdf:-
  ann019@power-kf:~/Dropbox$ epstopdf drawing.epsi
  ==> Warning: BoundingBox not found

  Despite the error, a pdf is produced (drawing.pdf). But it cannot be
  opened by evince.

  All files in the chain (drawing.ps, drawing.epsi & drawing.pdf) are
  attached as.
