  Control center crash when restarting network-manager service

Status in gnome-control-center package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Control center window crash when restarting network manager service.

  steps to reproduce:
  1. Open Control center window
  2. Open terminal and type "sudo service network-manager restart"
  3. Change focus back to Control center

  Expected:
  Nothing, network manager will be restarted

  Actual:
  Control center window crashes, error message in dmesg:
  gnome-control-c[16722]: segfault at 8 ip 00007fc03746a7e3 sp 00007ffc57817260 
error 4 in libnm.so.0.1.0[7fc037424000+f0000]

  environment details:
  Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS
  package version gnome-control-center 1:3.28.2-0ubuntu0.18.04.2
