Bug description:
[Impact]
gnome-control-center crashes during opening.
[Test case]
-$ gnome-control-center region
- close gnome-control-center
-$ gnome-control-center notifications
Make sure gnome-control-center does not crash and no critical warning
is displayed.
[Possible regressions]
It's a safe signal disconnection patch so there should be no possible
regression.
