lightning-extension package no longer valid which is why apport-collect
did not generate any info. Moving to thunderbird package where issues
with the current version of Lightning are tracked.

After latest updates in my Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx beta2 installation, when
opening Thunderbird two password requests are opened simultaneously.
I use a master password to authorize access to my emails etc.
