Allow the enable of two-finger-scrolling and edge-scrolling at the

Bug description:
I find both two-finger-scrolling and edge-scrolling quite useful in
different circumstances, so I think it would be quite nice if I could
have both enabled at the same time through the gnome-control-center.
Currently selecting one in the Mouse & Touchpad settings deselects the
other.
As can be seen here there is some demand for a feature like this:

two-finger-scrolling-for-touchpad
