My screens highest resolution is 1366 x 768.
Thanks for responding. Are there plans to make changes to allow for those with
lower resolutions.

Also is this why it the edge snapping works without the sidebar as the
width of the nautilus window without it is smaller? Or is it something
else?

Title:
  Super + left/right

Status in nautilus package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
The nautilus window does not respond to the shortcut above **when**
  the sidebar is visible.

When I toggle the sidebar off (F9) it responds in the expected way: Occupying
the left/right half of my desktop.
But this is not desirable as the sidebar offers a quick way to navigate to
other folders.
