Title:
[printers]: gnome-control-center crashed with SIGSEGV in g_strdup()
Status in gnome-control-center package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
I tried to use GNOME3 printer setting with Ricoh Aficio MP 9002 PCL XL
PPD in OpenPrinting (attached), port file:///tmp/test.prn (my CUPS is
FileDevice enabled). Option Finisher SR4080 is installed.
Select the printer, press "Option" button to set default options. I would
like to try UI constraints handling feature so I selected "Paper Type" as
"Labels" in "Page Setup" group and "Z-fold" as "Left Fold" in "Advanced" tab
(because MP 9002 can't allow Z-fold with Label paper type; they should be
conflict).
I saw conflict indicator (red triangle exclamation mark) appeared, but I
ignored and press "OK", so GNOME3 printer settting is gone.
Again I tried to reproduce, but I can't. So I'm not sure UI
constraints handling has any relation about the issue.
