Does not start "gnome-terminal"

Bug description:
The window only as a frame with no content that is visible through her
desk. Then the desktop is cleared and opens another window and it
happens repeatedly. The process is difficult with high CPU loads.
Reinstalling does not help. Another XTerm terminal is operating
normally. Serious observation. In the console, Russian text appears as
white squares
