f2 (rename) bug in ubuntu 12.10 unity nautilus

Bug description:
The probelm is the F2 key only works when you open fresh Nautilus,
i like to work with Split view(f3), but then F2 only works with certain
files, not all.
i am uploading the video.
In the view I AM PRESSING F2 after each selection with mouse. You would see
that files work and DO NOT work under different circumstances.
