Bug report did not expire due to presence of assignee now removed. Using
Thunderbird 60.2.1 and Ubuntu 18,.04 I tested about 20 emails and
couldn't reproduce the issue reported.

Thunderbird 'Create filter from message' should use 'To' instead of
'From'

Bug description:
Binary package hint: mozilla-thunderbird
When I right click on 'To' field or the 'Reply-To' in a message, and
choose 'Create filter from message...' it register the right adress I
have right clicked on, but the field is the From field.
I have attached a screen shot to show it more clearly.
