The features requests like that make more sense upstream, Ubuntu isn't
going to add that in a distribution specific way

  add a option to define the preferred instant messaging app

Status in gnome-control-center package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  I would like to have an additional field in the part where the preferred apps 
are set for:
  * RSS app
  * Podcast app
  * Twitter app (Gwibber is just buggy)
