Open a folder containing some video files. 2. Switch to list view, sort by date modified 3. Right-click on a file, choose 'Open with VLC' 3. Nautilus crashes in a few seconds after VLC is launched correctly Now that I've tried to reproduce this (unsuccessfully), I've noticed there's a torrent download of another video file in the folder is running, so this file's thumbnail is refreshed constantly. This might be the real cause of the crash (still doesn't reproduce.)
