Hi Sebastien, I don't have Ubuntu 12.04 anymore and I'm not able to reproduce problem in 16.04.
Also there is different output, when I unzip that file. There are different characters instead of question marks. lmlich@lm-desktop:~/Plocha$ unzip ěščřžýáíé.zip Archive: ěščřžýáíé.zip extracting: ╪чЯ¤зьабВ.txt I suppose it will be best to close the ticket. I see neverending progress bar. Top shows Nautilis is working on 99% CPU. Now: pkill Nautilus, empty Trash and now moving unzipped file to trash is ok.
