Thank you for your bug report. Could you add your journalctl log after getting
the issue?
Also what's the output of that command
- 'gsettings get org.gnome.shell favorite-apps'

Title:
can not launch nautilus (files) from dock/sidebar
Status in nautilus package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
can not launch nautilus (files) from dock/sidebar.
Launching from terminal is fine but launching from the sidebar or the
applications overview results in spinner spinning for a minute or more
and nautilus never launches. I can launch it from a terminal. This
persists over reboots.
