Title:
Chrome html5test.com score incorrent object store blob and array
  buffer support disabled

Status in chromium-browser package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
When checking the html5test.com score of my own browser, Chrome
39.0.2171.95 (64-bit) (fully up to date) I compare it to same browser
and mine is scored four points lower... object store blob support and
object store array buffer support are not enabled in my version
running on Ubuntu 14.04 x64... fully updated 1/2/15 For some reason
these storage options are not enabled and they should be.
