  Xbox 360 controller doesn't work in Ubuntu 18.10 anymore

Bug description:
  After upgrading from Ubuntu 18.04 to 18.10, my Xbox 360 controller
  doesn't work any more. After reloading xpad per modprobe it works
  again:

  modprobe -r xpad
  modprobe xpad

  There are other users, having the same issue:
