Click & drag works to "select" multiple files, but they cannot be dragged to new locations. Likewise, simulating a "right click" is not possible with a touchscreen, so even when files are selected, no copy and paste operations are available to move them. Additionally, double-tapping to open a file or folder is unreliable, and requires an extremely precise second tap in order to work properly.
