Microsoft OneDrive Right-click Menu Closes Prematurely on Mouseover

Bug description:
viewing a Microsoft OneNote page and notebook section in
onedrive.live.com, right-clicking opens a menu to manipulate the pages
(e.g. move them to a different notebook). However, moving the cursor
into the list of actions generated by right-clicking closes this list
of actions prematurely, so that I am unable to select any of the
actions presented by right-clicking. Right-click menu being closed
automatically by the cursor is certainly a bug since it prevents
intended functionality. Please fix this problem.
