Ok, let's close the bug then. It could have been a side effect of adding
a printer in settings which has a weird workflow/is a known issue

I've got a strange notification. See the screenshot attached. It's in Polish.
In English it would be something like that:
"Extra drivers needed...
Application Application needs extra drivers"
