LibreOffice 6.0.2 shows truncated/cropped text on some options in the
contextual grouped menu (notebook bar). See attached. Notice words like
Italic, Underlined, Left, etc.

This with 96dpi on 1920x1080p resolution, Enabled anti-aliasing with
rgba/slight hinting in Plasma on Kubuntu 18.04 with the Breeze theme,
and Sifr icon theme in LibreOffice.
