Bug description:
When making a plugin active and inactive a couple times in xchat-
gnome, I'm presented with the following error.
An error occured unloading /usr/lib/xchat-gnome/plugins/perl.so
This happens with all the plugins. It seems that after unloading a
plugin the following loading attempt is not successful and an
additional unloading attempt is not able to unload a plugin that was
not loaded, resulting in the above error dialog text.
To recreate:
Open xchat-gnome's preference window and click activate and deactivate
a plugin a couple times.
