Bug description:
xchat-gnome Prefences window too big to display all content as per
attach screenshot. I used to be able to WORKAROUND this type of
problem with other programs by creating four workspaces, and moving
the windows half way down the workspace, then switching to the
workspace vertically below it, but it doesn't show anything in gnome-
session-flashback (metacity).
