Bug description:
Binary package hint: xchat-gnome
Right-clicking on a nickname and selecting 'Send file...' does
nothing, although /dcc send <nickname> <file> works. I'm using
brazilian portuguese language pack and xchat-gnome is the newest
version (0.16)
