Re-sizing a terminal window makes it shrink to a tiny box

Bug description:
Launch a new terminal with the default profile (80x24)
Attempt to re-size the window using one of the corners of the window
The window will keep becoming a tiny 1x1 char box
If you fight with it a little you can get a larger window.
