So there is a temporary fix in libinput (https://bit.ly/2ExTtIm) before
Benjamin's kernel fix is accepted as discussed in
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/libinput/libinput/issues/177. That fix is
already in Disco so only need to fix Cosmic.

Bug description:
Updated to Ubuntu 18.10, I've been fighting some weird behavior of the
touchpad. Now, right-click does not work, whatever solution I try
within gnome-tweaks, whether relying on multi-finger tapping or not.
Found a very very close report from RedHat, on the same model of laptop,
around kernel 4.18, with a fix:
