libdbusmenu ftbfs.
It is important that main packages all build correctly in case
security updates need to be released for the package.
[Test Case]
Ensure that the new package builds successfully. No sanity-testing
required as the build failure is caused by a test issue.
[Regression Potential]
None. The package FBTFS because of a test-tooling regression regarding
documentation. The test has been modified to work and run.
