13.04 Graphical corruption of icons

Bug description:
Some file/folder icons and shortcuts within Files (Nautilus) appear
corrupted or show the incorrect icon until I "mouse over" them.
Please see attached image. In the image, I have blurred some of the
folder names on purpose; these are not graphical faults. I have drawn
red boxes around two areas which should be showing folder icons. Also
see the Home shortcut on the left that is corrupted.
