Bug description:
Mir (on Mesa) doesn't support EGL_SWAP_BEHAVIOR_PRESERVED_BIT.
eglChooseConfig comes up with zero supported configs if I ask for it.
This is problem as technically we need it in Xmir to fix rendering
bugs and support proper operation of GLX clients. Either
EGL_SWAP_BEHAVIOR_PRESERVED_BIT or support for single buffering :)
