Short of predicting the future, I think the best answer is that more keen Ubuntu users should test the next version of Ubuntu before its release. That way we can discuss/prioritize/fix accessibility issues before they get released to the wider world.

You will notice that all texts and icons are now gone. For the shell dialogs, go to the Settings app. In the Wifi section, choose one of the secured network available. You will see that the password dialog is not displayed in its entirety.
