xdiagnose is just a utility, if you have issues with 18.04 or up, file a
new bug against the kernel ('linux')

flickering of screen

Bug description:
When I am try to boot system or switch user the screen is flicking, and
sometime after login in my account. It mostly occur when i log in after log out
or switch the account. I have lightdm display manager.
some times it flicker while shutdown the system or restarting.
