blank X after boot (Dell Latitude 3540 - intel VGA)

Bug description:
After update to 16.04 boot ok, x blank.
No helps reconfigure X, reinstall X nor ubuntu, I tried external display too
without success.
In restore mode lightdm not works, but display ok, after reboot blank again.
but Boot from usb is OK and it works fine!
Boot option??? fs right on sda5 (/root)

By other hand I have problem at reinstall grub on MBR (I tried to make
windows boot, too.)
