Bug description:
I have found that after switching from Xorg to Wayland via the login
screen on Ubuntu GNOME 16.10 with GNOME 3.22 that the "Show location
of pointer" gnome-tweak-tool option no longer functions in the sense
that when the setting is on and I press CTRL nothing happens.
