Empty 1px panel created after going to exported menu in KDE

Bug description:
Using KDE with Window Menubar widget, after I open second level of menu empty
navigation panel is created on top of all the panels. Attaching screenshots.
Workaround is to click on it with right mouse button. It disappears after you
close the context menu.
