I can reliably observe the problem.
Interestingly, if instead of "Apply" I click "OK" and select "Restart Now", I
don't get the crash recovery dialog. Still, OpenCL is not enabled, so I'm
guessing something is missing in the snap that makes OpenCL not functional. But
I think the crash is only tangentially related: it's probably the code path
triggered by "Apply" as opposed to "OK" that results in the crash.

2. Click "Apply"
3. Choose "restart now" in the restart prompt
Symptoms

LibreOffice crash prompt appears and terminates with exit status 79. After
restarting it the OpenCL option remains untoggled.
