The “Safely remove” option for USB disks in nautilus is not working
any more in 14.04.

Bug description:
I tried to safely remove a USB external hard disk, but the system will
automatically remount it again and again...
This bug is in the both versions of Unity and Gnome 14.04 version. I didn't
test other versions.
