Title:
Opening a web page causes a binary file to be immediately and
  automatically downloaded

Status in chromium-browser package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
Opening the link below causes a file "x32cxf" to be immediately and
  automatically downloaded:

  http://techrights.org/2010/02/17/choice-versus-condition/

No action is needed by the user to cause the download other than
opening the web page. It happens every time the page is opened,
though sometimes the page closes itself.

This should not happen under any circumstances. Firefox can open the
page without downloading the file. I have no idea if or how this can
be exploited but automatic download seems like a very major security
  risk.
