Public bug reported:

In multi-monitor setup, enable x11 fractional scaling with:
 - gsettings set org.gnome.mutter experimental-features
"['x11-randr-fractional-scaling']"

Disable one monitor from g-c-c, then go back to linear multi-monitor
disposition:
 - One monitor won't be properly placed (will be on top of the other) until you
don't click over it

** Affects: gnome-control-center (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Low
     Assignee: Marco Trevisan (Treviño) (3v1n0)
