Bug description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu MATE 18.04 LTS
2. Launch `mate-terminal`, select *Help*, *About*, select text *A terminal
emulator for the MATE desktop*.
Expected results:
* selected text has good contrast
Actual results:
* selected text has bad contrast as it is not selected.
Note: you can find other examples of low contrast text.
